How the add-in works
Four steps from approval to everyday use. No new server, no separate database, and no second set of credentials for your people to remember.
1. Deploy
An administrator adds Flexi AI from the Microsoft 365 admin centre and assigns it to the users or groups who need it.
2. Sign in
People sign in with the Microsoft 365 account they already use. Existing conditional access and multi-factor policies continue to apply.
3. Connect
Each person pins the sites, channels, and folders they work with most, so the panel opens on the destinations that matter to them.
4. Work
Save a message, attach a link, or open a document from the reading pane. The add-in stays alongside the mail you are handling.

Existing sign-in policies apply

Do we need anything beyond our Microsoft 365 subscription?
No additional servers or databases are required. Flexi AI works with the SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive services included in your existing subscription. Licensing for the add-in itself is confirmed on your quote.
Who installs it, and how long does that take?
A Microsoft 365 administrator deploys the add-in centrally and assigns it to users or groups. Because there is nothing to install on individual machines, most pilots are ready for their first users on the same day.
Can people see content they are not allowed to open?
No. The add-in acts as the signed-in user, so every site, channel, and file it shows is one that person already has permission to open in SharePoint, Teams, or OneDrive.
Where is our data stored?
In your own Microsoft 365 tenant. Messages and attachments are written to the locations your users choose, and Flexi AI does not maintain a separate copy of your documents.
Which Outlook clients are supported?
Flexi AI is a Microsoft 365 add-in for Outlook on the web and supported Outlook desktop clients. Client and version support follows Microsoft's own add-in platform, so we confirm the current list against your environment before rollout.
